No. Individuals need to sign themselves up for privacy reasons. Each person who signs up for the Information Sessions virtual event must agree to the Ontario Universities’ Information Sessions Privacy Statement and Participant Declaration as part of the registration process. Your information is kept private and is protected under the Ontario Universities’ In-person Events Privacy Statement and Participant Declaration and the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act (FIPPA). When signing up for my OUEvents Pass, I selected Saturday but I want to attend on Sunday instead. Do I need to change the date?

You do not need to update the date you plan to attend the OUF (e.g., Saturday instead of Sunday) on your OUEvents Pass if your schedule changes. Your OUEvents Pass works for both days of the OUF at all university booths and presentation rooms, regardless of which day you selected when you signed up.
