Important: You must obtain permission for videotaping, filming or recording that is intended for commercial purposes. If you are seen taking photos or videos at an event without prior consent, you may be asked to leave.
Media Inquiries for the OUF
If you wish to cover the event or interview an OUF representative, submit a Media Inquiry Form.
If you would like to arrange an interview during the OUF event hours but have not submitted a Media Inquiry Form, we will do our best to accommodate your request. However, your request may be denied.
Getting Your Media Pass
When you arrive at the OUF, visit the Show Office (Room 802A) to sign in and receive your media pass. Ensure you bring a business card as you may be asked to present one to pick up your pass.
You must wear your media pass for the duration of the event.
Media Inquiries for All Other Events
Please send us an email with the details of your request, including:
- The name of your media outlet
- Your name and contact information (email, phone, etc.)
- The event your request is for
- The date and time you wish to attend the event or hold the interview
- A description of your request (e.g., event coverage, interview)
