What is an OUEvents Pass?

An OUEvents Pass is a QR code that is emailed to you after you sign up online. Take it to the OUF and/or Regional Fairs on your mobile device or print it out on paper. When you are at the event, ask a university representative to scan your OUEvents Pass.

Why Sign Up for One?

Sign up for an OUEvents pass to:

  • Connect with all the universities you are interested in, so they can send you personalized information.
  • Learn about your university options and sign up for events (like open houses, campus tours and the OUF).
  • Receive advice about how to apply and pay for university.
  • Stay on top of important deadlines.
  • Help universities improve their programs and services to serve you and future applicants better.

Sharing your information with universities/signing up for an OUEvents Pass helps the universities improve their programs and services to serve you better.

How Do You Use It?

  1. Sign up online. (Registration will be available in August.)
  2. Receive your personalized OUEvents Pass QR code by email.
  3. Bring your OUEvents Pass to the event on your mobile device, as a paper printout or both. Tip: Save it as your home screen for easy access.

Ask a university representative to scan your OUEvents Pass. This way, the university can contact you directly with personalized information about their university.
